La Cala Home offers modern, fully equipped studios in a recently renovated boutique building with four independent units, located in the heart of La Cala de Mijas. (Only the two ground-floor studios have the small patio with a private mini-pool).

This 25m² ground-floor studio (Cala Azul) features a private interior patio adjoining that of the other studio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. It includes a small pool (1.90m x 1.30m and 0.60m deep), ideal for two people (children must be supervised by an adult), providing a peaceful and private outdoor space.

The property is located just behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local amenities are within easy walking distance.

La Noria Golf Club is 650 meters away, Chaparral Golf Club is 3.2 km away, and Miraflores Golf is 3.7 km away.

The studio is ideal for two adults and can accommodate up to four people, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) perfect for children or teenagers. It is not recommended for two adults or older children.

It includes a double bed (135 x 200 cm), wardrobe, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living room, square table (0.60 m per side), air conditioning (heating and cooling), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, 100-liter water heater, security door, and double-glazed windows that ensure a peaceful and quiet environment for sleeping.

Guests can also enjoy a shared rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas, available only from October to May, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., following the rules for its use, which will be explained before your arrival.
