Staff was great and very helpful we had some inconveniences but the property manager made sure to fix the issue and make things right and was extremely helpful.

Travelodge is a cheap hotel. I hoped that cheap did not rime with disgusting but it does. Bath tub was dirty, sink was blocked but the worse was the BUG I found under my head in the PILLOW. I found it at midnight and could not sleep during the rest of the night with the fear to run into other insects. When I showed the pillow with the bug in it to the woman at the office, she looked amused and said it was normal to find these in the region and never apologized for anything.
