« This appears to be a renovated property and the room was great. Comfortable bed, good linens, quiet and great A/C unit. Refrigerator was nice and large and not like many motels that are barely cool, this one kept the drinks nice and cold. Room was clean. Elevator was older but always worked. Lobby area was always clean and fresh. Other reviews had indictaed the breakfast was lacking, but we found it to be fine for the price of the motel. There were enough options to get a bite before starting...

« This hotel was great for a stay in downtown Columbia. My only complaint was that the tv was hard to figure out how to get to channels once you turned it on. I wish there had been instructions or something. Overall we enjoyed the bar and restaurants and location. Hotel was a little pricey overall. »

« The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily. »
