« Very good overall. Well equipped, close to everything. One regret: they only give you one small tube of body soap and shampoo and then never refill it. So it is ok if you stay 2 nights, but how about 7 or 8 nights? I asked the reception and they explained it was a package (!), but that they would give some the day after. Which never happened. Although it is not so important, I found this stingy for a quality residence... »

« Hôtel vraiment très propre, notre suite était à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Personnel très agréable et la responsable nous a accueilli plus tôt que prévu car nous étions en avance. Malgré cela ils nous ont préparé la chambre rapidement pour que nous puissions nous installer. La piscine très propre bien que tout autour ce soit en travaux, cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Vraiment tes contente de notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter... »

« After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague »

« Absolute nightmare & to be avoided at all cost. Nobody checked us in to show us the apartment & reception refused responsibility cos it’s privately owned. When contacted owners were not helpful & at times ignored my calls. Rooms not cleaned,no change of bedsheets & towels throughout my stay.room tv’s not working, broken remote controls,owners/agents extremely rude when contacted. Pse pse remove this from your list »
