This backyard pool paradise is unmatched! Indulge in some fun under the sun and cool off in the outdoor swimming pool; then dry off on a poolside lounger as you work on your tan. Later in the evening, whet your appetite with a tasty BBQ meal before settling in for a cozy chat around the fire pit.

*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa at no extra cost. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

✔ Additional entertainment includes a game room, an office, and a cinema room with theater-style seating.

✔ Free parking is available to all guests.

✔ The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and a dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.



Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Historic Midlothian, known as “the Southern Star of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area,” is located 25 miles south of Dallas and Fort Worth. Home of the Midlothian Higher Education Center with Navarro College, Texas A & M University-Commerce, Tarleton State University and the University of North Texas at Dallas, Midlothian offers many year-round events, including a weekly farmers market.
