Welcome to North Shore Haven, your waterfront retreat on Midland’s northern shore. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits right on the water, offering the perfect mix of comfort and relaxed cottage living. With sweeping views of Georgian Bay, two kitchens, two living rooms and plenty of outdoor space to gather, it’s an ideal getaway for families and groups looking to unwind by the lake.

Main Floor

The bright main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, open to a rustic farmhouse dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests. Sliding doors off the dining area lead to a side patio with a BBQ.

Upstairs Living Room: Bright and open with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and large windows overlooking Georgian Bay. Sliding doors lead straight out to the covered deck, and the space flows into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to cook, eat and relax together. Settle into the leather sofa and armchair with a smart TV, or just enjoy the view.

Sitting Room: A quiet second lounge off the kitchen with a comfortable sofa and a handcrafted live edge river table.

Lower Level

Downstairs Living Room: A cozy space with a gas fireplace, smart TV, comfortable seating and board games, perfect for movie nights or curling up on a cool evening.

Second Kitchen: The lower level has its own kitchen with stove, oven and fridge and a dining table for 4, set against large windows with views of the lawn, dock and bay. Great for larger groups or families who want a little extra space.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms:

Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy true waterfront living. A wide, landscaped lawn slopes gently to the water, with a small sandy beach, a seawall with stairs to the shore, and a long private dock stretching into the bay.

Covered Deck: Overlooking the yard and the bay, the covered deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or dinner outdoors, rain or shine. It features an outdoor sofa and lounge chairs, a chaise lounger, a coffee table and a dining table that seats 6, all framed by glass railings so nothing gets in the way of the view.

Rooftop Terrace: Above the boathouse, a private rooftop terrace sits right at the water’s edge. With glass railings on all sides, a lounge seating area, two chaise loungers and a high-top bistro table for two, it’s the best seat on the property for sunbathing, sunset drinks and taking in the open views of Georgian Bay.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the covered deck, rooftop terrace, dock, backyard, waterfront and all amenities. Keyless entry makes check-in simple and convenient.

We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.

🐾 Pet Policy

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.

Our pet policy is as follows:
Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.

Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet in the yard.

🚫 No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

⚠️ Safety Notes:

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water, on the dock and on the rooftop terrace.
Please do not climb on or lean over the glass railings.
Use caution on the seawall stairs and the stairs to the rooftop terrace.
The shoreline can be slippery, so please use caution. We recommend wearing water shoes.
Check water depth before swimming.
We are not responsible for injuries on the property.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted during your stay. Please ensure they have been added to your booking and approved in advance, and that you agree to our pet policy.

Our pet policy is as follows:
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding. Our linens are white and we work hard to keep them free of stains and pet hair.
Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.
Any damage caused by your pet is 100% your responsibility, and you will be charged for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
Please do not allow your pets to bark excessively or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet in the yard.

Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am daily.

Absolutely no parties or events.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 8, unless a larger group has been approved by us in advance. Should it be found that there are more guests on the property than approved, you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests.
