This townhouse has 2 floors and an open backyard with the neighbors (no fence)


Townhouse Layout:
The main living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main floor. From the dining room, you can go out to the outdoor patio. There is a second floor living room with a work desk if you need to work from the townhouse (with very fast WiFi).
The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with memory foam mattresses. The main bedroom has a King bed and a separate double vanity in the bedroom. It connects to the bathroom.

The bathroom is also shared with the other 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Full bed.

We provide 100% cotton sheets and towels.


Washer and dryer are available in the laundry room on the first floor. We also provide Tide detergent for any emergency laundry needs that come up!

We use cotton or linen blend duvets and 100% cotton sheets on all the beds.

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

You can access everything except for the garage.

The backyard does not have a fence.
