« Stayed at the Gray Horse for four nights Jan-Feb 2026. Even though the temps were COLD outside, the location is great and the walk to town was fine. The house is clean, and welcoming. « This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will...

« My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions.
