This delightful 3-bedroom residence is situated on a corner lot, featuring a luxurious king bed, a queen bed, and a comfortable futon. Adding to its allure is a rejuvenating hot tub accommodating 4-5 individuals, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the proximity of Sheridan Beach, a mere 5-minute walk from this charming retreat, further enhances its appeal.

Access instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Nice location

The house was clean and in good condition. If needed we would stay here again. The location was great and we ended up walking to most of our activities. There was also plenty of room for all 6 of us. The address on the listing shows 212 but it is actually 218. Which isn’t far off but did lead to some confusion when locating the house. Also some communications with the owner were a little confusing. After calling I found out the answers I was receiving were AI generated. Wish I was informed of that at the beginning. It wouldn’t have been as stressful if I had known that when it was sending wrong information.

Beach Getaway

Cute house and five minute walk to beach and park. The neighborhood deer a delightful morning greeting. Host was wonderful and made it easy to check in. My friend and I loved the area and our first experience with Indiana Dunes. Quiet neighborhood.

Great get-away!

We really enjoyed this property, with consideration for both the interior coziness of the home and the outdoor location (close to the beach). With two generations, we appreciated the two TV's in separate rooms. We used the fire pit (made s'mores) and the hot tub (extensively). To sit on the front porch and view a wooded area was wonderful. We cooked and ate in for every meal, except one. It's proximity to the beach was a plus, as we spent a lot of time on the beach! All four of us agreed it was a great mini-vacation!

I have been coming to this area with my family my whole life and have loved it, we've struggled to find a good spot for my boyfriend and I to stay just us and this was perfect. Proximity to the lake and to other spots is perfect! We loved the cozy home and all the amenities, perfect week!! Would love to stay again!

Great Getaway

Had a great stay at flip flop stop. Very cute and comfortable cottage that's a quick walk to the beach a short drive to breweries and wineries. The property manager is great with communication and very responsive. Very peaceful setting. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Great location

Was able to walk to Washington Park which was wonderful! We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was checked while we were there. We’re just not hot tub people. The only downside was insufficient storage in the bedrooms. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and we were there for almost two weeks. There were plenty of hangers though. The bed was VERY comfortable however. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wonderful CLEAN home

We went for a weekend birthday getaway. It was the perfect house for us. You could even have 2 more people and enjoy the space. There was an extra TV room/bedroom for the kids or a game area. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Had fun at the casino and a nice time at the Round Barn. Will have to try the beach in the summer. But for a March getaway it was perfect.

Weekend getaway

My wife and my dog and I all wanted some serenity from Chicago. It was a great place with all the amenities you’d need and a nice hot tub! Close to the beach and New Buffalo/Michigan city at a great price.
