Manatee's Retreat est un charmant chalet qui est beaucoup plus grand qu'il n'y paraît. Cette maison offre beaucoup de stationnement disponible sur une aire de stationnement ou une pièce suppl��mentaire pour une partie de basket-ball avec la famille. Un petit cabanon avec une voiturette de golf 4 personnes complémentaire à la location de cette maison en saison. À proximité du terrain de jeu Sandcastle, mais ����galement dans l'un des quartiers les plus privés de Beachwalk, loin de l'agitation de la ville.

Entrez par la porte d'entrée de ce charmant cottage et rejoignez un espace de vie doté d'une chemin��e, d'un canap���� moelleux sur lequel vous pourrez facilement vous installer et regarder votre film pr��f���ré sur le t��léviseur à ����cran plat. Une cuisine de cuisine avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin pour un dîner en famille. Une salle à manger pour 6 est niché au coin de la rue pour toute la famille ���� s'asseoir et profiter d'un repas. Ouvrez les belles portes françaises de cette salle à manger à un porche grand ����cran avec des sièges supplémentaires à la longue table de style pique-nique w / banquette et des chaises supplémentaires. Un foyer est disponible pour les clients juste à l'extérieur de cette zone de porche pour rôtir des guimauves. Le niveau principal de cette maison offre une chambre avec un téléviseur câblé et une commode pour tous vos articles ���� cacher pour la sensation de la maison. Une salle de bain complète de niveau principal est attaché avec un ensemble de laveuse et sécheuse autonome.

Monter l'escalier vers une autre chambre avec un lit superposé sur deux lits superpos��s et la télévision. Une salle de bain compl��te est également située sur ce deuxième niveau. Le loft offre encore plus d'espace de couchage! Un lit de repos double qui se transforme en un lit KING et si cela ne suffit pas, le loft offre un petit espace salon avec une vue naturelle depuis le balcon.

Manatees Resort

Great stay and amazing resort. House was very clean and spacious and just what we expected for our family trip. Location right next to playground for our young kids and golf cart was a bonus. Resort is great too, plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. And close access to travel to surrounding beach towns. Will stay again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, two kids and I stayed here for a week and found the cabin to be just what we needed. There was plenty of room for us each to have our own private spot when we needed quiet, but the family room and dining room were large enough for us to get together for meals and playing games. We really appreciated having the golf cart... there was no way we could have walked to the beach with our two young kids and all of our beach supplies without it. Another benefit was that it is located towards the back of the neighborhood, so we didn't get a lot of traffic or noise. The house is across the street from the playground, so sometimes you'd hear kids yelling, but that was only during the few hours of the day when we had windows open. For the most part the playground was deserted, and personally, we liked the proximity. Most of the house is surrounded by trees, and one morning we saw two deer! Having a washer/dryer was very handy also. The only downside of our stay was that there were some cleanliness/maintenance issues, such as a rip in the screen door that let in all sorts of bugs (we killed bugs all week long, but expected that given the woods-like setting) and the furniture and rugs were pretty grubby. I realize that it must be hard to keep rental furniture looking nice, but the couch was so stained I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. The dining room chairs had chair pads that had just been placed over very visible stains that made sitting and eating there a little unpleasant. I would rent this cabin again due to the size, location, and price, but it would help a lot if the furniture had been professionally cleaned and/or covered with washable slipcovers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was awesome. We loved the "cottage" tucked away in the woods, and the use of the golf cart. The pool/recreation staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The grounds were clean and the neighbors were all friendly. One thing, the floors were filthy in the cottage. My kids walked on them for 10 min and their feet were black. And the rug had stains on it, that really retracted from the overall cuteness of the whole place.

The beds and pillows are rock hard - and that was the main complaint. Didn't sleep well because of it. We love the location - quiet, lots of trees.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time at Beachwwalk,our last visit was in 2010. We do enjoy Beachwalk, however we were very disappointed to see that the entire area seems a bit unkept, overgrown and a bit dirty. It is in need of a good landscaping clean up! And the garbage cans all over the streets really takes away from the view of the lovely properties. There must be a way to corral them behind fences. And, as in the past, the house was not as clean as we would like to see it and this has been the same complaint we've had every year. Floors are dirty, surfaces are dusty, spider webs and bugs on the screened in porches. It doesn't take much more effort to sweep out the porches from top to bottom and spend a little more time dusting the homes. Overall, Beachwalk is wonderful and we do enjoy our stays. However, when you spend that much money for your vacation, expectations are high and we were disappointed. Also, this house was not very well stocked and the chairs around the firepit are unusable. There were cigarette butts outside all over the ground - disgusting and unacceptable. These are the details that may keep us from returning. Beachwalk needs to step up the cleaning efforts in the homes and all around the entire area.

A Week at Manatee's Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Beachwalk, and won't be our last. The house is perfect for a family of 4. The house comes with an electric golf cart, so everything in the neighborhood is a short drive away. There's a fire pit in the back yard, but the chairs surrounding it have been left out, so they are not clean or sturdy enough to be used. There is a screened in porch off of the back. It has a table and bench seats as well as a rocker. We even saw a turkey and 4 of her babies from the porch. There's a hose on the side of the house to rinse off when you get back from the beach. The washer/dryer is located in the master bathroom on the first floor and is handy to do a load of towels or other laundry for the family. The kitchen has most of everything you are looking for to cook meals for a family of 4. There's enough seating in the family room for everyone. The kitchen table has 4 chairs. On the second floor, there's a full bathroom and a second bedroom. The bedroom has a trundle bed, but the mattress was stained, possibly from an old urine stain, so my teenage daughter and her friend slept on the third floor bunk bed. The third floor is an open loft with a bunk bed and some other seating. It also has a gaming system, but it doesn't work. There are some board games for the children as well as a small supply of movies to watch. We enjoyed a trip to the Lighthouse Outlet Mall, which is 10 minutes away by car. Top Dog is a great place for a quick lunch, also nearby. We went to McGuinness Pub for lunch (walking distance from mall and Top Dog)- the food is great, but the service not. We rent ahouse every summer and we have been doing that for years. Beachwalk is one of the best because of the amenities that are right on the grounds. The staff in the office and at the pool are always super sweet, helpful and respectful. We will definitely stay at Beachwalk again!

We ate every meal on the screened porch (we LOVE eating outside, but there were only 4 chairs available at the inside table). The playground was right across the street and that gave our boys a place to play as we were getting meals ready. The golf cart was definitely a nice bonus too! Manatee is a newer property located in an area that is still being developed so that meant little traffic and our boys were able to safely ride/run up and down the street. It gave us great privacy! With plenty of different options... pool, Lake Kai for fishing, and kayaking, Lake Michigan, and just walking safely around the community made for a great place to vacation.
