Changes in Attitudes is bringing traditional beach vibes back to life. This vacation rental is just steps away from one of Lake Michigan’s most sought-after beaches in the area. Located in Beachwalk Resort only two doors down from the boardwalk to the beach. Simply walk pass one house and cross the street and you are on the boardwalk! One of the larger houses in Beachwalk, Changes in Attitudes offers decks on each level for beautiful views of the area, plus a second floor screened in porch off the living room, a peaceful place to have coffee and watch the street come to life in the morning and settle down after sunset. There is also a nice patio off the kitchen with 2 grills and a table to eat in the private back area or there is a table on the deck out front to take in the action. For the best views head to the third-floor deck for a cocktail or to relax and read a book! Best of all enjoy all the amenities Beachwalk Resort has to offer. Not to be out done by the stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan and the skyline of Chicago which are only steps away!

Gather on the multiple covered porches and sun filled patio or relax with a book and listen to the sounds of the waves in the distance. Attitudes offers many outdoor seating options. There is a new composite deck off the kitchen with a gas Weber grill and a 6 person high top fire-pit table in the private back area. Also there is a table on the deck out front to take in the action.

3 parking spaces; one along the street in front of the house, one in garage, and one in driveway. Please note when rented separately from the guest house, parking is shared.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Changes in Attitudes rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
