The Space:

Please note: The unit does not have exterior windows. There is one interior, tinted window that faces the hallway — it allows some light in while maintaining your complete privacy. The space is cozy, quiet, and perfect for sleeping in after a long day of exploring!



The world-famous Wynwood Walls are on the same street, just half a block away, and countless bars, restaurants, art galleries, and shopping are at your doorstep. The building features a rarely-seen rooftop pool with panoramic views of Wynwood, Downtown, and Edgewater. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Four guests can sleep in a plush queen bed with crisp, white linens and sleeper sofa.



PARKING:

The building does not include parking. Paid parking is available for $40 per night at a nearby parking lot located at 51 NW 26th St.



LUGGAGE DROP-OFF: Early luggage drop-off inside the unit may be available after 2 PM, depending on availability. Please note that we do not have a separate luggage storage area onsite.



NON-SMOKING POLICY:

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in any area of the property. A $500 smoking violation fee will apply if this policy is violated.
