Overall, a very pleasant stay with a great location and good value.
Pros:
The hotel is conveniently located—about a 7-minute walk to the beach. Walgreens and CVS are just 2-minutes away walk, and there’s a wide variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Self check-in was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but you can request paid parking at the nearby CVS building for $20/day with in-and-out privileges, which is cheaper than SpotHero. The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. Although there’s no daily housekeeping, you can request room service anytime through the front desk, which was very responsive.
Cons:
There is no microwave available on site. Sound insulation could be improved—the noise from guests upstairs or next door, especially rolling luggage, was quite noticeable.
Summary:
A comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent South Beach location. Minor inconveniences aside, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
