+ Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not checked out by 11:30 AM

+ Guests are responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM on weekdays, and 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends.
+ For reservations made outside of Airbnb, a security deposit ranging from $300 to $1,000 is required, along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.
