The Space:

Our modern one bedroom apartment is fully furnished. The master room has a comfortable king size bed, new 42" TV with cable TV, Chromecast, and a huge balcony. The large living room has a sofa, a new 55" TV with cable TV, Chromecast and a large balcony with an incredible view. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher machine, stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, American coffee machine, pot, pans, etc. Also, you will have the convenience of washer and dryer machines inside the apartment.

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



The building management reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are expelled from the property for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.
