The main issue we had with the house was plumbing in the apartment bathrooms, as well as the bathroom next to the laundry in the area next to the sliding glass door. The toilets clogged easily and when plunged, the sewage would back up into the shower or sink.... the smell was very offensive and overall very unhygienic. We contacted the host multiple times to address the problem, but after getting a time scheduled for them to come, no one showed. It didn't impact the rooms too much as we were able to close the doors to those bathrooms and isolate the small and mess. However, it did end up decommissioning 3 toilets by the end of the stay. The other issue we encountered was that the lights in the pool at night were bright and strobing. It was very unsettling and made it very difficult to enjoy the pool area at night because of the flashing lights. We found a remote to control the light, but the batter was dead. We ended up ordering one from Amazon because it was a very specific battery type, but even after changing it, the remote still didn't function. The pool during the day was great but night time enjoyment was limited by the lighting.

Overall a good stay. The home was great for our group (kids and grand kids) -spacious, many activities (pool, game room, etc). Some minor issues, but not that big a deal. Would stay again and would recommend.

This house was Amazing! After our original VRBO cancelled on my group of 18 less than 2 days before checking-in, we found this space and were blown away by how nice the house was, the large space that very comfortably fit all 18, the amazing pool and activities (like the game room and small mini golf area), the comfy hammocks, nice large kitchen, and there being extra privacy with the extra apartments for the folks in our group who prefer earlier evenings. The host was very very communicative the entire time - from answering our questions before check in to being very timely in responses if we had a question throughout the weekend. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Place to stay for a large family or friends gathering

We stayed with a large group of friends with family and kids. Very nice house with most of the amenities you need in a vacation home. Really loved the outdoor space, including the pool, game amenities and nice shade under the neatly maintained mango tree !!! Only one suggestion would be to have more utensils, serving spoon etc.
