Upon check-in, you'll receive a Tower Card that provides access to two complimentary beach chairs and one beach umbrella through the resort's designated beach service. Additional chairs or umbrellas may be available to rent through the beach service for $50 per item.



We also provide beach chairs and one umbrella inside the unit for your convenience. An alternative beach rental service one block north offers two lounge chairs and an umbrella for approximately $40 per day; rates and availability may vary.



Please note that beach chairs associated with the attached restaurant are separate from the standard private-residence amenities.

Check-in is completed through the hotel's concierge, with self-check-in arrangements provided for your arrival.



Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival, and checkout instructions will be provided 24 hours before departure.



At least one guest must be 21 years old. After your reservation is accepted, please provide the full names of all guests who will be staying in the apartment so they can be registered with the hotel. This information must be provided within 24 hours of the arrival date to avoid possible cancellation.



A refundable resort deposit of $250 is required.



Guest screening may also be required for security and fraud prevention. This process may include verification of your identity, payment method, and booking before check-in instructions are provided.
