Resort Fee (Charged per property/reservation, per unit):

1 to 14 days: $40/day plus tax per unit

15 to 29 days: $35/day plus tax per unit

30+ days: $30/day plus tax per unit



Incidental Property Security Deposit ($250 per unit):

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in per unit to cover any incidental damage or charges during your stay.

This deposit is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after check-out, as long as no deductions are needed.



Valet Parking (Optional, charged per vehicle/unit):

1-7 days: $35/day plus tax

8+ days: $30/day plus tax

Monthly rate: $650 plus tax

6+ month stay: $480/month plus tax



Just a quick heads-up: resort, security, and valet fees must be paid with a credit or debit card, as the property doesn't accept cash.



To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer several optional additional services for a fee upon request and based on availability:



Early Check-In: Kick off your vacation a little sooner 🕒

Late Check-Out: Take your time leaving. Please note that late check-outs require advance written approval. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM incur a $100 penalty fee for each hour or partial hour past the check-out time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space fresh with a professional mid-stay cleaning ✨

Guest Comfort Items: We can provide a Baby Kit, Wooden Crib, Rollaway Bed, or Airbed to fit your group's needs 🛌



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking isn't allowed anywhere inside the penthouses. A $500 recovery fee applies if this rule is broken.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at all times to keep our community peaceful.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.

The platform's damage waiver is $99 when applicable and is already included in the total price you see.
