- On-Site Maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay, from 10AM TO 5PM

You’ll have access to the hotel’s main amenities designed for a calm, comfortable stay:

- Outdoor pool & hot tub overlooking the the Bay, famous for having many sailing boats makes the landscape unique

- Complimentary coffee in the lobby (8 AM – 10 AM)

- Breakfast buffet available on-site (optional · additional cost)



If you’re planning something special, a small gathering, work session, or simply need a quiet space — the property also offers event and meeting spaces that can be reserved in advance:

- Check-In: 4:00 PM

- Check-Out: 11:00 AM

- Pets: Not permitted as per building regulation

- Pack & Play and High Chair: Available by advance reservation and subject to availability (additional cost).

- All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Exclusions apply; see House Rules for full details.
