A comfortable base for a longer Miami stay

This 1,900-square-foot Edgewater penthouse accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms, with two king beds and one queen bed, plus four bathrooms. Biscayne Bay and city views, a wraparound balcony and open living space give you room to settle in.

Dedicated office

Work from an electric standing desk with a Herman Miller Aeron chair, ultrawide monitor, laptop stand, keyboard and mouse. The office also includes a private bathroom, TV, speakers, standing pad, battery backup and multifunction printer. Wi-Fi is available; please ask if you have a specific connectivity requirement.

Living, cooking and relaxing

Enjoy the open living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms include wall-mounted TVs and Sonos. Bathroom essentials include hair dryers and styling tools, with Duravit SensoWash toilets in the primary and guest bathrooms.

Shared building amenities

Guests have access to the building’s two shared outdoor heated pools, shared hot tub, gym, saunas, tennis courts, movie and entertainment rooms, children’s play area, and BBQ/lounge areas, subject to building rules and availability. These are shared facilities, not private apartment amenities.

Stays are 30 nights or longer. We will help coordinate guest registration and building access before arrival. No HOA fees are required.

Parking and housekeeping

Two guaranteed parking spaces are included, with vehicle registration and the required building access sticker. Housekeeping is available by separate arrangement and is not included in the stay.

Arrival coordination

We will help coordinate the building’s guest registration, required lease paperwork, orientation and access activation before arrival. Pet vaccination details are required where applicable.
