Entertainment is at your fingertips with a large flat-screen TV in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms.

Each bedroom offers cozy bedding, ensuring a comfortable retreat after sun-soaked adventures. The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom features a queen bed. The third guest bedroom provides 2 queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom, and the fourth guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Three private bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.

Please note that the second guest bedroom may become warmer than the others due to its sunny disposition throughout the day and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Rest assured, we provide fans to help manage the temperature for your comfort.

My guests will enjoy full access to both my apartment and all building amenities, including the guest pool located on the ground floor. Please note that access to the rooftop owner`s pool is restricted to owners only.
Additional amenities include a fitness center, a bistro, and an open business center with computers and a printer, valet parking. Access to the beach is effortless via the complimentary shuttle, with beach amenities available for a fee. Each unit is entitled to 2 complimentary beach chairs on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Complimentary pool and beach towels are available for guests and can be obtained at the pool area. Additionally, the building offers a convenient bike rental service for exploring the surrounding area.

To keep your beach experience safe and enjoyable, please review the guidelines below. The beach is located 2 minutes by complimentary shuttle or 8 minutes walking from the resort.

Before settling in, please stop by the beach hut to check in with the team.
Beach service hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Chairs may be used only after check-in and not before 9:00 AM

🚫 Items Not Allowed on the Beach
To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited:
- Personal coolers
- Outside food
- Food delivery services (Uber Eats, etc.)
- BBQs or grills

📌 Beach Etiquette
To ensure comfort and fairness for all guests, please keep the following in mind:
- One guest per chair (Children under 12 may share a chair with an adult.)
- No sitting or placing items between chairs
- No reserving chairs — they are first come, first served
- No smoking in the chair area
- Assigned chairs only
- Towels must remain on the beach and be returned at the end of the day
- Personal beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted on Heed Beach
