A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels and bedsheets with care.
- Wet swimwear, tanning products, and makeup should not come into contact with sofas or bedding. Makeup towels are provided for your convenience—please use them instead of the white bath towels. Permanently stained items will be charged accordingly.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- This building is 100% smoke-free. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vapes—is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, in common areas, or anywhere on the property. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1,000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.
