For those arriving by air, Miami International Airport is the primary hub, located roughly 40 minutes away by car. We offer a private garage for guests who prefer the flexibility of their own vehicle, ensuring your parking needs are fully met during your stay.

📹 Security Cameras

The property is equipped with security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property, the swimming pools, and the common areas. These remain on and in operation at all times, used exclusively for security purposes and to ensure the protection of the property and the guests.



🧹 Cleaning and Sanitization

Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitization processes in accordance with CDC standards. Our dedicated team conducts pre-stay inspections to ensure you enjoy an impeccable experience.



🦟 Insect Precautions

Although we regularly treat the property for insects and pests, please note that Florida’s subtropical climate may attract small critters. To minimize this, we kindly ask you to keep doors closed as a preventive measure.



⛽ Propane tanks

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty, we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
