This apartament have 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room plus a queen sofa bed in living room. Each room enjoy their own smart TV along with an additional Smart TV in the living room. Also, enjoy a dedicated space for home office. Free Wifi.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed each, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Each room and living room have their own TV. It also features a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for both short and extended stays, and 2 spacious contemporary bathroom.

The building offers resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, spa, sauna, yoga/movement studio, coworking space, basketball court, racquetball court, rock climbing wall, and social lounge areas.

The apartment also includes 1 complimentary self-parking space, which is a rare and valuable convenience in Downtown Miami.

The location is surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance.

It is also located just minutes from PortMiami, making it a great option for guests departing on or returning from a cruise.

The entire apartment is for you along with access to all the amenities in the building.

You will interact with other guest outside fo your apartment.

Parking is Free just 1/2 block of the building 3 minutes walking distance from building to parking. You can park your car over night but you have to move the car at least each 24 hour to avoid be towed.
We don’t offer early check in or late check out. If you need special arrangement, based on availability, you can ask for it 24 hours before your arrival or 24 hours before your departure.
1-)On the check out day, remember to place all the kitchen stuff (if there is any used) in the dishwasher, put a dishwasher pod in the compartment located at the dishwasher door and turn on the dishwasher cleaning with heated dry.

2-)Take out all the trash bags and rest of foods from the refrigerator and or from kitchen and throw them out by the trash room.

3-)Also, please, remember check in time is at 4:00 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am. We don’t have Options for early check in or late check out.

4-)”Our Property is Strictly NON SMOKING. If any Guest Smoke inside the Apartment and there is any damage or smell to any kind of cigarette, a Penalty Fee of $500 will be fully applied with `no avoidance”

5-)White towels should only be used in the apartment and to dry your body or face/hands (small towels). There are black make-up towels available.
Please do not take the white towels to go to the pool or the beach.
DO NOT STAIN OR DIRT THEM.
Do not use them either to dry or clean the floor.
If towels are returned changed or stained/abnormal dirty, you will be charged with a $30 fee for each damaged towel.
There are white and blue towels that you can use for the pool or the beach.

6-) Since we allow a maximun of 2 pets in each apartment, please be sure to take care of the cleanliness. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the bed or the sofa bed. The are not allowed to rest on any of the furniture of the apartment. If Housekeeping report any dirt as consequence of a pet presence in the apartment, you will be charged with an additional $100 for cleaning services and an additional $100 for each bed sheets set stained or pet hair attached to such bed sheet.

7-) All guests checking in Must Provide Picture ID along with address of residence, phone number, email and ETA once confirm their reservation to be proper registered with the building management office.


SPANISH

1-) El día de la salida, recuerde colocar todos los utensilios de cocina (si se ha utilizado alguno) en el lavavajillas; introduzca una cápsula de detergente en el compartimento situado en la puerta del lavavajillas y póngalo en marcha seleccionando el ciclo de lavado con secado térmico.

2-) Retire todas las bolsas de basura y los restos de comida del refrigerador y/o de la cocina, y deséchelos en el cuarto de basura.

3-) Asimismo, por favor, recuerde que la hora de entrada (check-in) es a las 4:00 p. m. y la hora de salida (check-out) es a las 11:00 a. m. No disponemos de opciones para realizar entradas anticipadas ni salidas tardías.

4-) Nuestra propiedad es estrictamente para NO FUMADORES. Si algún huésped fuma dentro del apartamento y se produce algún daño o persiste algún olor a cigarrillo de cualquier tipo, se aplicará una multa de $500 sin excepción alguna.

5-) Las toallas blancas deben utilizarse únicamente dentro del apartamento y para secarse el cuerpo o la cara y las manos (las toallas pequeñas). Hay toallas negras disponibles específicamente para desmaquillarse.
Por favor, no se lleve las toallas blancas a la piscina ni a la playa.
NO LAS MANCHE NI LAS ENSUCIE.
Tampoco las utilice para secar o limpiar el suelo.
Si las toallas se devuelven deterioradas, manchadas o con suciedad anormal, se le cobrará una tarifa de $30 por cada toalla dañada.
Hay toallas blancas y azules que puede utilizar para la piscina o la playa.

6-) Dado que permitimos un máximo de 2 mascotas por apartamento, por favor, asegúrese de mantener la limpieza. No se permite que las mascotas duerman en la cama ni en el sofá cama. Tampoco se les permite descansar sobre ningún otro mueble del apartamento. Si el servicio de limpieza reporta suciedad como consecuencia de la presencia de una mascota en el apartamento, se le cobrarán $100 adicionales por servicios de limpieza, así como $100 adicionales por cada juego de sábanas que resulte manchado o que tenga pelo de mascota adherido.

7-) Todos los Huéspedes, deben proveer Idetificacion con foto junto con la dirección de residencia, número de teléfono, email y horario estimado de llegada una vez confirmen su reservación, para poderlos registrar adecuadamente con la oficina de administración del edificio.
