The Space:

Located in South Broward County, Florida, Beachwalk Resort is in Hallandale Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway and offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. A few minute walk there is an entrance to the beach.



Our 1 bed, 1 bath apartment will give you everything you need to feel right at home. Ideal for families or friends traveling together. It features contemporary furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living room, and resort-provided Wi-Fi access.

Master bedroom with bathroom. The oversized balconies are a breath of fresh air. The windows have roller blinds in the living room and Black Out blinds in the bedrooms.

Bedding: The master bedroom has a King bed and a sofa in the living room.

The unit includes 2 courtesy towels, linens, and a stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. You can bring your own towels and bedding if you feel more comfortable.



Unit includes resort-provided Wi-Fi and cable TV.



Since it is a private unit and does not include daily cleaning or hotel services, the apartment will be equipped with the following:

- Kitchen: Small frying pan, pot, colander, small coffee maker and basic cutlery. Plan ahead and bring what you need if you are going to do a lot of cooking.

- Bathroom: 1 bath towel for each guest and 1 toilet paper per bathroom. Consider bringing extra toiletries and toilet paper for longer stays.



This is a condominium hotel with a 24/7 reception.

The reception staff will give you a key card for the door, the elevator, the gym and the swimming pool. (Check in may take a while depending on occupancy at the time of arrival)

Beach Service :

There is a white van that will drop you off and pick you up near the Hyde beach entrance: where the security kiosk is located next to Etaru restaurant. If you need to request the van from the beach to the building, just call the front desk and let them know you are waiting there. From the drop off point, you can either walk along the beach to the left to the North or you can cross the street and access the public path next to Tides. If you walk to the left you will find Esteban's place. He is identified with white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where a photo ID will be requested. They are clearly identified with Esteban's Place signs.

The beach service includes:

-Two (2) Beach Chairs

-One (1) Umbrella

Remember that these items are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ( FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ) Once it runs out . If you want to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of usd $40 you must ask for them at Esteban's place.



Other Things to Note:

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment as your own home, **** this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****

- Try to leave the unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
