Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home and its available amenities during their stay, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, heated pool, backyard, children’s play area, BBQ grill, pool table, washer and dryer.



The home offers self check-in using a secure access code. Your check-in code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.



Garage parking is available, along with driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood in Hialeah near the Miami Lakes area, offering a comfortable home base for exploring Greater Miami and South Florida.



Guests can enjoy the space and privacy of a residential home while still being conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and major roadways. The location works especially well for families and groups who want easy access to the Miami area without staying in a busy hotel district.



Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly during evening hours.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the Miami area. The property offers convenient access to major roads connecting Hialeah and Miami Lakes with the rest of Miami-Dade County.



Guests have garage parking as well as driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also widely available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.



No parties or events are permitted at the property. Only registered guests are allowed unless prior approval has been provided.



Small pets under 20 lbs. are permitted with prior approval. Please disclose all pets before arrival.



Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the swimming pool and outdoor play area.



The pool is heated; however, outdoor pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions.
