It was great!

Marenas resort, was great the condo was beautiful just like it was listed. We loved having the kitchen, washer and dryer. The beach downstairs was great beach chairs, umbrellas. Overall, we loved our stay!

Not Happy

Advertised as beach view and able to sleep 4, but at checkin was told i was receiving an upgrade... The upgrade provided an additional bathroom but no beachfront. I was not made aware of the difference at checkin. I booked it for the view. Bathrooms had hair from previous guests still on the walls of the shower and had to call housekeeping for sheets for the pullout. Not happy with the experience. Overall, the room was not ready for occupancy.

Stay away for at least 2 years

I booked this property without knowing that they recently started construction directly next door. The unit I stayed in was on the 5th floor. Construction began at 7 am until 5:30 pm every day. The noise was extremely loud and can be heard by the pool and beach areas too. If you are looking to be on a vacation and relax do not stay here. Read all the fine print too, the property manager claims that there was a notice warning of the construction prior to booking my stay. When booking I do not recall there being any notification about the construction. When I reached out to the property manager about this it took him 3 days to answer. This will be a long and loud project directly next door to this property. Stay away! Plus the resort fees add up to $40 a night plus $30 a night for parking. While this property is clean it has its wear and tear and can use a facelift. I will not be staying at this property again.

Spring Break with Family

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. This property was exactly as described. The owner was prompt in answering all questions prior to check-in. We flew into FLL airport and it took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Once we got there check-in was quick, easy and the room was available promptly at 4pm. We did rent a car for this trip, therefore we had to use the Valet services which is $30/night. No complaints with Valet. We simply would call to request our car and 5-10 minutes later it was available. The hotel unit was perfect for what our week entailed. The pictures shown are exactly what you get. We have 3 children (ages 13, 12, 3) and while they space is smaller in nature it was adequate for the whole family to sleep and move around. I will say the pull out (couch) bed mattress was not great and probably should be replaced as you can feel the mattress coils. During our week we cooked the majority of meals in the kitchen. Overall it had most items to cook with and/or were able to make due with what was available. I would suggest adding a few more utensils (forks and spoons specifically), a mixing bowl, oven mit or gloves and a baking sheet for cooking items in the oven. The refrigerator has a built in ice and water dispenser, but at the time of our visit it said the filter needed replaced. The cleaning team came almost every day and restocked items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, coffee and towels (if needed). The facility overall was very clean and well maintained. Each one of our family members received a card for use of beach/pool towels. You must return your towel to get your card back and you must have all cards at checkout or you will be charged. There are cabana workers to help with beach chairs and umbrella. The workers are all very nice and helpful! The pool is smaller, but at the time of our visit it was not overcrowded, so the kids felt they could swim freely without being on top of one another. Overall our experience was wonderful and we would rent this unit again.

Sunny Isles spring getaway

Our condo was well-equipped and comfortable, and offered beautiful balcony views of the ocean and the bay. We had good access to many local restaurants, to our poolside bar, and to the beach (we really appreciated the beach chaises, umbrella, and towels provided daily). Staff was friendly and efficient, although there were extra costs which made the experience much more expensive than we had hoped. Overall, an excellent experience.

Weekend Stay

It had an excellent view and is right on the beach! Very clean and well taken care of. There were just a few things that could have been better. More towels, better cookware, oven mitts and scissors. Noticeable traffic noise nearby when on balcony. We would stay again!

Awesome place! not welcoming for cars

They have a parking garage but bc customer don't have access to cars directly (valet only) its not convenient. There'a always a long line for waiting on your car. The place have beautiful views and room is clean.

Marenas Beach Resort

Room was not cleaned prior to arrival and was fairly dirty throughout. It took two days for it to be cleaned and policy once every 3 days. In this environment that particularly concerning.
