Please note, we manage the property independently, not the hotel.

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

- Please note that there is a $25 per night fee for Front Desk Services, which will be charged by the hotel based upon the duration of your reservation.

Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
