Suite Hôtel de Luxe 2 Chambres avec Balcon Privé | Piscine sur le Toit | Sense28 par AvantStay

Tucked into leafy Edgewater and ranked #1 out of 154 hotels in Miami on Tripadvisor, Sense28 is where boutique-hotel polish meets coastal-contemporary calm. This newly built stay blends warm neutrals, organic textures, and sculptural design into a home base that feels equal parts sophisticated and easygoing, just minutes from Wynwood, the Design District, and the waterfront.

The 2 Bedroom Suite w/ Balcony makes smart use of 830 square feet, working for families or friends traveling together and comfortably sleeping six. Two bedrooms — one with an ensuite bath — deliver private, restful nights, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living area flexes for the rest of the group. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with stainless appliances, a complimentary Nespresso maker, and tea, making slow mornings feel effortless. Both bathrooms feature shower/tub combos and a luxurious set of toiletries. Step out to the private balcony for fresh air and easy indoor-outdoor living, and tuck practical perks like an in-unit washer and dryer into your back pocket for stays that stretch longer.

The Building
Sense28's building amenities round out the experience. Head up to the rooftop pool, where lounge seating and city views set the tone for sun-soaked afternoons. The on-site fitness center keeps your routine intact, and the boutique-hotel setting means you get the design-forward feel of a curated stay with the space and privacy of a full residence.

The Neighborhood
Edgewater is one of Miami's quieter, more residential pockets — tree-lined and walkable, but minutes from the city's most iconic spots. Wander a mile west to Wynwood for street art at the Wynwood Walls, craft breweries, and standout food halls. A mile north, the Miami Design District delivers high-end shopping, contemporary galleries, and award-winning restaurants. Margaret Pace Park sits just south on Biscayne Bay for morning jogs and sunset strolls, and the Adrienne Arsht Center is a quick ride away for live performances. Brickell, Midtown, and the causeways to South Beach are all within easy reach, putting the best of Miami right at your doorstep.

From turquoise waters to neon-lit nightlife, Miami delivers an irresistible blend of coastal energy and cosmopolitan flair. Spend your days between sun-drenched beaches and palm-lined streets buzzing with art and culture. Evenings bring world-class dining, waterfront cocktails, live music, and a vibrant social scene that lingers long after sunset. Stretching from the Design District to Coconut Grove, each neighborhood brings a unique touch to the city’s magnetic allure. Miami is a destination that feels endlessly alive.
