Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that this unit does not come with dedicated parking; however, there's valet parking available for a fee, with paid street parking options.

Set in the heart of Downtown Miami, you'll be surrounded by some of the city's best shopping, dining, entertainment, and waterfront attractions. The neighborhood is vibrant day and night, with everything from casual cafés to upscale restaurants just a short walk away.



Spend your days exploring Bayside Marketplace, catching a concert or game at Kaseya Center, or visiting the renowned Pérez Art Museum and Frost Science Museum in beautiful Museum Park.



Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you'll love how easy it is to get around. Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District, and Miami Beach are all just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
