The Space:

Step onto the patio and sink into the hot tub as Miami's warm evening air settles in around you. This five-bedroom townhouse is built for groups who want more than a place to sleep - it's a conversation starter, a gathering point, and a home base for everything Miami has to offer. Soccer culture runs through every room, from a Messi-inspired design thread to a World Cup mural that stops you in your tracks, and the layout is generous enough that sixteen-plus guests can spread out, unwind, and actually enjoy being together.

 

Living spaces

The ground floor is designed around connection. An open-concept social area anchors the space, with a large wall-mounted TV and gaming console ready for match nights or downtime between outings. The layout flows naturally into a second lounge area, giving the group room to split off or come together as the mood calls for it. Step outside and the private patio continues the story - outdoor furniture, artificial turf underfoot, and a hot tub that earns its place as the trip's unofficial headquarters.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is centered on an island with bar seating, keeping the cook in the conversation rather than separate from it. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals when the group wants them.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep sixteen-plus guests across eleven beds. On the ground floor, a primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the soccer theme comes into its own. The main suite features a king bed and a blue-toned design drawing from Miami's professional soccer scene, complete with a framed jersey and private ensuite. The Argentina Suite pays tribute to the 2022 World Cup with a standout mural and themed colors. Two kids' rooms - each with bunk beds and playful decor - share a full bathroom, making this layout especially well-suited to multigenerational groups or families traveling together.

 

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms serve the house. Two are private ensuites attached to first- and second-floor bedrooms, and the third is shared between the kids' rooms. Each is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.

 

Practicalities

Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available throughout. A washer and dryer handle laundry for longer stays - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking on premises, a private entrance, room-darkening shades, iron, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, a pack 'n play/travel crib, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all included.

 

Location

Centrally positioned in Miami, the home puts a strong lineup of destinations within easy reach. Miami International Airport is roughly 4 miles away (about 10 minutes). The Design District is 3 miles out (5-10 minutes), Wynwood Walls is 4.5 miles (about 12 minutes), and Downtown Miami, Kaseya Center, and Bayside Marketplace all sit within 5-6 miles. South Beach is 9 miles away - typically 15-20 minutes by car.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes:

The entire five-bedroom townhouse.

The private backyard patio with a hot tub.

* Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM.

* Checkout: By 10:00 AM.

* Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher/washer pods. For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.

* Safety: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms.
