Located in a boutique 8-story residence, this unit offers a modern lifestyle in a family-friendly community.

We are a professional vacation rental company managing several apartments in this building. All residences are maintained to the same high standard, though décor may vary slightly depending on availability.

Good as it gets!

Three weeks speed by. Our family group was in Miami for some shows of our daughter. The apartment provided the perfect setting for our comfort and ease.. very short drive to shopping, lovely morning walks around the island, and some sweet coffee houses and restaurants close by. The host was clear, responsive, and helpful. Definitely would return!!

14 night stay at Bay Harbor One

beautiful spacious unit in prime Bay Harbor neighbor hood. helpful staff who supplied cleaning materials . The management is also Sabbath and Kosher aware, and they supplied magnets that switch off fridge light for Shabbat. They gave us an urn for Shabbat and offered a hot plate. Definitely planning to stay there again
