The home is centrally located with in walking distance to the best shops in Miami, 5 minutes drive to Wynwood or Midtown, and 10-15 minutes to Miami Beach, Brickell and Downtown!

This newly constructed house is made up of two structures: A main house (3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom) and a guest house (2 bedroom/1 bathroom), perfect for larger groups or families, with large gathering areas in the main house and back yard. The backyard is spacious, with plenty of room to relax all day in the sun or in the shade under the large terrace that has a grill and plenty of seating. You will have access to the entire property including the full driveway. Each bedroom has one bed; a king size in the primary bedroom, and queen size beds in the other four bedrooms.
