This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located at the W Residences (Icon) within the heart of Brickell. The property overlooks Biscayne Bay and provides guests access to all amenities.

Guests will be required to show a government issued ID upon arrival. A host must also be present upon arrival to register you with the building.

Amenity passes are available between 9am - 5pm at the front desk. Please consider that guests checking in after 5pm will have to pick up their passes the following day.

Icon Brickell’s three pools consist of a reflection pool, hot tub and a lap pool, and make up the longest pool complex in the United States. The three combined measure a whopping 300 feet in length. The square hot tub is one of the largest in the world, measuring 38 x 35 square feet and can hold up to 80 of your closest friends. The lap pool is 40 feet longer than an Olympic size pool, running from one side of the property to the other and measures 205 feet in length. The pool runs parallel to the Miami River, and from certain angles, the water appears to feed into the water below.
