The managing host facilitates these services but has no connection with the property owner regarding these third-party activities. By booking an optional add-on, the renter agrees to release the property owner from claims related to those activities.



Additional charges may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, or property damage.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM.



Per building policy, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby and assist with your check-in. Please share your estimated arrival time or preferred arrival window so we can coordinate your welcome.



If you’re flying into Miami, you’re welcome to provide your flight details as well.



Arrivals after 11:00 PM require special arrangements and may incur a $100 late check-in fee.



Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon inquiry, depending on availability.

Located in the heart of downtown Miami, our apartment offers excellent connectivity for your stay. While we recommend driving to explore the area at your own pace, you will find convenient paid parking options available nearby. For those preferring public transit, the free Metromover station is just two blocks away, providing easy access to major city landmarks. Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are highly accessible and affordable throughout the city, making your transit to Miami International Airport or local transit hubs both simple and efficient.
