1 bugs: I got seven bites and my son got five for only two nights. The blankets are freshly washed and we got them only during sleeping. It must be the bed/matress. On the morning if 12th I saw one on the floor and took a video in case anyone needs reference.
2 noise: the bed rooms are within 20 feet from the 199th street, you can clearly hear every vehicle pass by plus 199th is a main traffic road.
3noise: the property is split in two with a locked Rona door. our bedroom are actually two feet from the co-residents under the same roof. I hear the couple talk, the kid playing video games, the wife calling friend and the noise when they shower and use the toilet. It makes me feel so awkward realizing that they can also hear us.
4 noise: The AC is built with totally open. There is not even one door from the actually to the guest room. so when all other noise resourcess stop, you got the hello from the fans.
5 bad communication: Expedia tells to check in after 3pm. we came in around 3:40 to find that they send the arrival information on check day morning postponing it to 4 to allow the cleaninglady finish her job. she kindly suggested we finish the balance by ourselves so she won't interrupte us, which I rejected.
6 bad communication: the owner messaged me at 11pm asking to check the door. I found the battery low and copied Eufy response to her. later she called me to recharge the lock at 12pm! that's totally crazy!
