Plenty of room to sleep and relax: The primary bedroom is huge and comes with a premium king size bed that guarantees a fantastic night of sleep. If you are bringing extra guests, the living room couch pulls out into a super comfortable full size sleeper sofa. We cap it at 4 guests so everyone has plenty of room to stretch out. 🛏️



Your own private balcony: This is definitely going to be your favorite spot. Slide open the glass doors and you get these amazing elevated views of the water and the city skyline. It is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine after sunset. 🌅🍹



A kitchen ready for real cooking: Eating out is great but sometimes you just want a home cooked meal. The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. We also provide a toaster and a coffee maker to get your mornings started right. 🍳☕



A dedicated remote work setup: We know duty calls sometimes. There is a dedicated desk right in the bedroom paired with fast and reliable WiFi. You can easily jump on a video call without any lag while looking right out the window. 💻



The convenient extras: Nobody wants to pack dirty clothes. You have a washer and dryer right inside the unit for your beach towels and outfits. Plus, we set up two big flat screen TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) so there are no arguments over what to watch! 📺👕

Other Things to Note:

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.



Just a quick heads-up: resort and valet fees must be paid via credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted at the property.



We want to ensure your visit is as comfortable and seamless as possible. To further customize your experience, we offer several Additional Services available for a fee, upon request, and subject to availability:



Early Check-In: Start your vacation a little sooner. 🕒

Late Check-Out: Enjoy some extra time before you head out. Please note that late check-outs require written authorization in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space fresh with a professional mid-stay cleaning. ✨

Guest Comfort Items: We can provide a Baby Kit, Wooden Crib, Rollaway Bed, or Airbed to accommodate your group's specific needs. 🛌



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.



Note:

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
