Important Notice: The pool is closed Mon-Thurs until August 2026 due to building work. The BALCONY will be LOCKED OFF and the WINDOWS will have protective FILM on them soon, please ask for updates. The outdoor furniture is inside per mandate, if you move it outside at night, please bring inside the same night. When construction begins noise will be heard in this building between 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday. Indoor spa & fitness centers will remain FULLY OPEN- access is thru the 15th floor parking garage.
Designer luxury in the heart of Downtown Miami/Brickell. This newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath corner apartment is frontline with the best balcony with pool and bay views in Brickell.

Enjoy the same pool/spa amenities as the W Hotel. The apartment has 3 Sony TVs, Cable TV and WiFi.
Guest bedroom and bathroom privacy ensured with custom hallway shutters so that the 2nd couple can prep without dashing across the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom.
100% organic cotton percale sheets, wool duvet insert, comfortable high end Casper mattresses and 4 king sized Beckham Hotel Collection pillows per bed. Designer furniture and accents, fully stocked glass/dishware. There are NO Microfiber sheets in this apartment!
You and your family will have access to the large Philippe Starck designed apartment. Fittings include SubZero fridge/freezer, Wolf induction cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, a welcome set of coffee pods for the Nespresso espresso machine and coffee frother (there is also an American style coffee pot and filters in the cupboard above the oven), tea, salt & pepper+, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hairdryer, iron, new LG washer/dryer and a welcome set of laundry pods.
In addition, we provide up to 4 guest passes, that will be issued at the amenity desk on the lower level, allowing you to have access to all of the W hotel amenities located in the same building complex:
- Spa Access
- Steam and Dry Sauna Rooms
- Swimming pool with lounger cabanas
- Gym
- Gym Classes
- Hotel Restaurants
The pool is open from 6:30am-6:30pm, the gym from 6am-10pm, the spa from 10am-6pm.
Parking at the building is valet with a choice to pay $75/nt with in/out privileges, or $50/nt with no in/out privileges, meaning you pay each time you take your car. If you have a car and want low cost parking with in/out access, I recommend booking on spothero. The closest in/out garage to the apartment is at 870 Brickell Bay Dr.
Further, there is a nice park and wide walkway around the bay right outside the apartment.
