The location is valet parking only. At check in the reception charges the ressort fee of $ 35 and valet parking of $ 40 plus taxes per day (less for stays 7 nights or more)

The space
at check in in the reception 24/7 you will be asked to show your IDs and credit card and to pay the ressort and valet parking fees (if you are bringing a vehicle). The front desk will block a deposit in your credit card (incidentals) in case you order meals or drinks. You will get a card that steers the elevator and opens doors.
The condo is suitable for up to 6 persons.

Guest access
guests need to send me names and ages from children, email and celular phone information; I will then include the information into the reservation system. When you arrive, you will be welcome at the reception, allways open, where you have to register for check in. The condo is number 1603, in floor 16th.
If you are coming with a car, valet parking will take care of it. At reception, you will be asked to pay $ 40 plus sales tax per day for valet parking and $ 35 plus tax ressort fee (ammenities and beach service).
You will receive cards to take the elevator and to open the door of the condo.
Inside you will find everything as seen in the photos.
