Important Information – Scheduled Lobby Renovation
Please note that lobby renovations are scheduled from August 27 through October 25. During this period, there may be intermittent construction noise and activity in the lobby area. Renovation work is expected to take place daily Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no
deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest`s financial
institution.
