- Guests will receive 2 key fobs per apartment, plus 1 parking card.
- Prior to check-in, guests must send a photo ID of all adults staying in the unit.
- Upon arrival, all guests must present their physical ID at the front desk.
- Front desk staff is available 24/7 to assist with access.


🚗 Parking
- Parking is included in a building located across the street.
- Vehicles must be removed daily; otherwise, the building’s overnight parking fee will apply.


📌 House Rules
🚫 No smoking anywhere inside the apartment or building (fine: $150 USD).
🚫 No parties or events.
🤫 Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.


Minors must always be accompanied by an adult in all building amenities and common areas.

Deep Cleaning Policy
We kindly ask that the property be left in reasonable condition at check-out. If, during our post check-out inspection, the apartment is found excessively dirty — including but not limited to: strong cigarette odor, excessive trash or waste, stains on furniture or bedding, pet hair or pet waste, or any unusual level of dirtiness — a Deep Cleaning Fee of $150 USD will be charged.

Fobs & Parking Card
Each stay includes the delivery of access items for your convenience. In case of loss or non-return, the following replacement fees will apply:

Lost fob: $80 USD each

Lost parking card: $100 USD
