Smoking inside the main house or container is prohibited. Smoking outside is allowed. Smoke remediation fee $500

Florida is more tropical and has more bugs. The property is regularly treated by pest control but it will not stop everything. We’ll do our best to mitigate those natural occurrences but be advised that this can happen.
