Our unit is an excellent choice for guests seeking spacious, well-equipped accommodations with an array of amenities and a prime beachfront location. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and serving utensils. The large open living room and dining area lead to a private balcony offering breathtaking ocean and city skyline views. WiFi and Cable TV are also included.

The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen size beds as well. There is a sofa bed in the living room with an extra sleeping spot.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:
