Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
âą Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
âą Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes
âą Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes
âą Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes
Incidental Property Security Deposit â $250:
âą A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
âą This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
âą 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
âą 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
âą 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
âą 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
Package Handling:
