Welcome to Casita on the Hill, a cozy and thoughtfully appointed Miami studio for up to two guests. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Little Havana and Coral Gables, the casita offers a comfortable home base with convenient access to Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Miami International Airport.

Although the studio is attached to the main residence, it has its own dedicated entrance, smart-lock access, and no shared indoor spaces, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay.

The bright, open-concept sleeping area features a comfortable full-size bed with fresh linens and multiple pillows. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Roku and Prime Video, a table that can be used for dining or working, a luggage rack, an iron and ironing board, and an extra blanket.

The kitchenette is well equipped for preparing light meals, snacks, and refreshments. It includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine with two complimentary capsules, electric kettle, toaster, smoothie blender, dinnerware for four, wine glasses, mugs, espresso cups, serving bowls, a mini charcuterie tray and knife, wine opener, and can opener. Tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and one complimentary bottle of water are also provided.

The private full bathroom includes fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lavender hand soap, and designated makeup towels.

Outside, guests have a private seating area with two comfortable chairs and a small table—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the city. Free street parking is available in front of the property.

Casita on the Hill is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business trips, and weekend getaways. A car or rideshare service is recommended for exploring Miami and its surrounding neighborhoods.
