PRIVACY OASIS & SANCTUARY RETREAT

Discover a private Miami Beach retreat created for guests seeking exceptional space, privacy, entertainment, and personalized service—while remaining close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, golf, pickleball, fitness clubs, yacht marina, shopping, sightseeing, and everything Miami Beach has to offer.

Enjoy the energy of South Beach, then return to the privacy of your own tropical sanctuary.

PRIVATE CHEF DINNERS & MEMORABLE GROUP EXPERIENCES

One of the experiences our groups especially enjoy is gathering together for a PRIVATE CHEF DINNER in the comfort and privacy of the home.

Choose from our private chef partners and transform an evening at the house into a memorable dining experience—whether you are celebrating a birthday, hosting a bachelor/bachelorette dinner, bringing the family together, entertaining clients, or planning a special evening during an executive retreat or company off-site.

Rather than separating into restaurant tables or coordinating a large group reservation, everyone can dine, celebrate and spend the evening together in your own private setting.

Enjoy cocktails by the pool, gather in the tropical garden, have dinner prepared for your group, and continue the evening at your own pace.

Private chef experiences, menus and pricing are arranged separately and are subject to availability.

Whether you are relaxing with a glass of wine beside your private pool, enjoying a signature cocktail at one of Miami Beach's lounges, spending the afternoon on the sand, or sharing a private dinner at home, PRIVACY OASIS & SANCTUARY RETREAT gives your group a private place to return to and enjoy together.

With approximately 6,000 SQ FT OF COMBINED INDOOR & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING SPACE—about 3,000 sq ft indoors and 3,000 sq ft outdoors—this fully furnished tropical sanctuary can be customized with 6, 7, OR 8 BEDROOMS depending on your group's needs.

Two flexible rooms can be prepared as additional bedrooms or retained as lounge and living spaces.

- FAMILY REUNIONS

FLEXIBLE BEDROOMS DESIGNED AROUND YOUR GROUP

Bedrooms can be configured for couples or individual travelers, with the option of one king/queen bed or two separate twin beds depending on the room and requested setup.

For king-size configurations, two twin bed bases are joined beneath a memory-foam topper and mattress cover to create a comfortable continuous sleeping surface.

Fresh linens, duvet covers, down comforters and pillows are prepared before every arrival. We use European-style duvet bedding, with freshly laundered duvet covers surrounding each comforter rather than an additional traditional top sheet.

Please provide your preferred bedroom and bed configuration in advance so the home can be prepared specifically for your group.
