Master bedroom has 1 king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a desk for checking emails.

Other Things to Note:

-This is a private unit located within the former Sonesta Hotel, now Hotel Arya, however there is no daily housekeeping included and no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled the day before you would like servicing. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them.

**For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay.

**For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay.

If you book stays longer than 10 days, we will send you a payment request for the service and coordinate the date and time for the cleaning.

-The unit is located within a condo-hotel which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time can be reported to property manager or hotel staff.

-This building is a Condo/Hotel all units are individually owned and operated and/or lived in. We are not responsible for any noise (including construction) that is taking place outside of our unit or in the surrounding area which is beyond our control. If noise such as music, yelling, etc is coming from a nearby unit, and it is quiet hours (10pm-7am), you can call the front desk to report the noise and they will send security up

-Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs that are in need of immediate attention. (Advance Notice will be given)

-Because the unit is located in a building, there may be times where the building will need to do maintenance or repairs on certain things unexpectedly in order to keep things running smoothly. This may include but not limited to monthly pest control, A/C Filter Change, Window Cleanings, Fire Alarm Testings and City Inspections as required by the County. We will do our best to give advance notice, but is not always possible depending on the urgency or the information relayed to us. We kindly ask for patience and cooperation and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

-Guests shall NOT bring any pets onto the property.

-Guest will not smoke indoors or outdoors. Building has designated smoking areas, please contact the front desk for locations of those areas.

-We cannot allow parties or events of any kind at any time on the premises. This includes loud music and excess noise after 10 pm.

Great view & location

This corner unit with balconies overlooking a boat-filled bay is in a great location - walkable to restaurants and park across the street. Hotel amenities of gym, pool & restaurant are pluses. Communications with rental agent was excellent. She even got us an air purifier after we complained about smoke smell in a supposedly smoke-free building.Sadly, we were disappointed by lack of proper maintenance - broken tiles, ripped upholstery on living room chair, stains on dining table, rippled cabinet bottom under kitchen sink from water damage, etc.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! View of the water was amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and immaculately clean and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place and close to everything. I love coconut grove and the proximity couldn’t be better. The place is as advertised. Clean and felt safe. My one issue was the pool area. It was outdated, old furnishing, and not well kept. Would def stay here again.
