The Space:

A complimentary beach shuttle ensures you can easily enjoy the sun at nearby Hallandale Beach. We provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, so you can fully unwind by the shore. For those seeking adventure, bike rentals are available to explore the vibrant neighborhood and discover all that Hallandale Beach has to offer at your leisure. The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds for extra comfort. ● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
