The Space:
This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for 4 adults and children but can accommodate up to 6 adults if needed. Please note: While the unit can accommodate up to 6 adults, the building only allows 4 adult amenities passes, as per building rules. Children under 18 do not require passes.
The unit features a dining area, a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, and 55-inch Smart TVs in each bedroom. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a work desk, providing everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Getting Around:
Most guests use Uber or Lyft for convenience, but the MetroMover is just two blocks away, adjacent to Brickell City Centre. This free, seven-day-a-week people mover services the downtown Miami and Brickell areas, providing easy access to major destinations like the Kaseya Center (home of the Miami HEAT), Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center, Museum Park, the Pérez Art Museum, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Miami Dade College, and the Miami-Dade County School Board.
The Metrorail is another excellent option, offering service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and running through key areas such as Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami, as well as the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital district.
For day trips, consider taking the Brightline, a high-speed train connecting Miami with West Palm Beach and Orlando. The MiamiCentral Station serves as a hub where you can easily connect between Metrorail, MetroMover, and Brightline, making it convenient to explore all that South Florida has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: Only valet parking is available in the building. The valet operates like a typical hotel service, but there is no in-and-out privilege. Rates are charged hourly, with overnight parking at $50 per night.
For more affordable options, there are several parking facilities within walking distance (1-2 blocks). We recommend using websites Parkopedia or Parking (dot com) to see available rates in the area
Please note, while the unit accommodates up to 6 guests, it is best suited for 4 adults and 2 children. Guest passes for the pool and amenities are limited to 4 adults and minors. Although we can sometimes secure additional adult passes, this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you need extra passes.
