The fee can be paid with cash or card. Apple Pay is not accepted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in requires an in-person meeting with a member of our team. Please provide your estimated arrival time in advance and keep us informed of any changes.

LATE CHECK-IN FEES

• From 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM — $50
• From 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM — $100

Late check-in fees cover the required in-person arrival assistance and are separate from the building’s resort fee.

Unauthorized late checkout is charged at $70 per additional hour.

PARKING

Parking is not included. The building offers valet parking for approximately $43 plus tax for up to 4 hours or $75 plus tax for 4 to 24 hours.

A nearby public parking option may be available for approximately $35 plus tax per day. Parking is independently operated, cannot be guaranteed, and rates may change without notice.

MID-STAY CLEANING

Daily housekeeping is not included. Upon request, we can share the contact information of an independent cleaning company. Services, scheduling, and payment must be arranged directly with the provider.

GUEST INTERACTION

We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy a seamless stay. Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Responses outside these hours cannot be guaranteed.

• Keep the balcony door closed while the air conditioning is operating
• Follow all building rules in shared areas
• A starter supply of basic essentials is provided; guests may need to restock during longer stays
